Improves quality of documentation. Doctors retain control

Patient charts are always readily available, well organized,
legible, secure and accurate. MDoffice improves the
organization and paperless storage of clinical information
by automatically combining all medical information
concerning one patient. Whether it’s handwritten physician
notes and drawings or outside documents such as
interpretations, lab results or x-ray reports, it’s always
instantly available and organized in the patient’s chart.
View a one-stop face sheet of clinical results and quickly
drill-down into detailed information on vitals, medical
history, orders, test results, letters, medications, billing
codes, recalls, progress notes, physical exams, images and
other medical records. This quick-glance snapshot aggregates
multiple sources of diagnostic results and clinical notes.
At the heart of MDoffice is a clinical knowledgebase of
medical findings that are used as the basis for clinical
documentation when interviewing, diagnosing and treating
patients. We call these 'Chart Forms'. All chart forms share
a common clinical terminology and vocabulary that can vary
the level of detail recorded based on problem, specialty, or
doctor. Findings used to describe a patient's condition can
be tailored to the unique needs and conditions for each
patient seen.
Organized clinical history.

and long-term planning. Problem lists support both standard
ICD diagnosis codes, free text entries and structured
template forms.
